Rapper Fetty Wap is in stable condition after getting into a motorcycle crash in New Jersey yesterday. While Wap is still recovering from his injuries, AP reports he has been cited for driving without a license, not having insurance and failing to produce a vehicle registration card.

"Fetty Wap was involved in a motorcycle incident earlier today [Sept. 26]," his reps said in a statement. "He was treated at a local hospital and is in stable condition. His family wants to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support. They ask that you respect their privacy during this time. We will provide an update on his condition as it becomes available."

The 25-year-old Wap, whose real name is Willie Maxwell, was riding his motorcycle in his hometown of Paterson, NJ when he collided head-on with another vehicle. According to TMZ, Wap had "tried passing one vehicle, he didn't see another coming in the opposite direction and they collided."

A woman in the other vehicle was injured, and treated at a local hospital. While Wap's specific injuries haven't been revealed the public, AP adds that they "were not considered life-threatening." Wap lost one eye to congenital glaucoma when he was a child.

Wap's self-titled debut album was officially released on Friday. He has had several top 10 songs during his breakout year, including "Trap Queen." Wap is supposed to start a national tour this Tuesday with a show at Pacha in NYC, but it's unclear if the concerts will now be rescheduled.
