A 46-year-old Queens woman has been arrested for allegedly shooting and killing her boyfriend, setting his body on fire, and leaving it in an Astoria alleyway over the weekend. Her brother is also accused of helping her move the body—police believe the woman killed her boyfriend after they had an argument about infidelity.

Cops say Dawn Mcintosh, 46, shot and killed boyfriend Shawn McWhorter, 43, early Saturday morning during an argument. Mcintosh and her brother, 21-year-old Donte Watkins, then allegedly dragged McWhorter's brother into an alley behind 26-18 14th Street in Astoria, lighting his torso on fire and fleeing the scene.

McWhorter's body was found at around 6:57 a.m., and authorities declared him dead at the scene. Mcintosh and Watkins were arrested Sunday afternoon—Mcintosh was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, and both were charged with tampering with physical evidence.
