A 48-year-old Queens woman was in court this week after prosecutors accused her of showing porn to two young children on a PATH train.
Cops say that Xiao L. Li, a Chinese immigrant who lives in East Elmhurst, showed pornographic pictures to a 6-year-old and a 10-year-old child while on a train in Jersey City on June 8th. It's unclear whether or not Li knew the children or exactly when she was arrested, but it seems she suffered some sort of breakdown—according to the criminal complaint, she "was admitted to the hospital (after) her arrest."
Li, who was charged with endangering the welfare of children, had her first court appearance in New Jersey yesterday. She required a translator, and her bail was set at $25,000.
