Reader Walter sent us this photo of a station agent snoozing in his booth this morning at the 36th Avenue station in Astoria. Now normally we would suggest an early retirement, but as the Transportation Workers Union previously mentioned, some still-employed station agents are working some rough overtime hours due to cutbacks. And remember, "perception isn't always reality." Maybe he was just closely inspecting something on the back of his eyelids.
