A subway rider was viciously attacked at the Prospect Park subway station on Sunday, and police are now looking for two suspects.
The incident occurred around 5:15 a.m. on Sunday, October 2nd, inside the station at Empire Boulevard and Flatbush Avenue: According to the NYPD, the 21-year-old male victim was in the station when an "unidentified male approached the victim, exchanged words with him and punched him with a closed fist. While the victim is engaged with the male assailant, an unidentified female approached the victim from behind and slashed him with unknown object."
The victim was treated at a nearby hospital for cuts to his head, face, chest and hands.

Police released surveillance images of the suspects: The male suspect is described as being 30-35 years old, 5'10"-6' and partially bald; he was last seen wearing a light blue shirt and black pants. The female suspect is described as being 25-28 years old and 150 pounds and was last seen wearing a black sweat-shirt, and a pajama pants.
