A 16-year-old pregnant teen was stabbed in the back of the head at 47th Street Between 6th Avenue and Broadway yesterday afternoon as the Dominican Day parade wound to a close. The girl, who said she is a few weeks pregnant, was taken to Bellevue Hospital and is listed in stable condition. Witnesses tell reporter Myles Miller that the stabbing might be the work of Patria, because the gang's chant was heard throughout the procession.

Patria is a Dominican gang which gets its name from the country's motto, "Dios, Patria, Libertad." Police sources wouldn't confirm that specific gang's involvement, and it's unclear what sparked the fight. Cops arrested three people; a 16-year-old and two 20-year-old men, the Post reports.
