A power outage at the Dekalb Av stop in Brooklyn has thrown a number of subway lines into chaos this afternoon, the MTA announced. And things had been going so well for them!
#ServiceAlert: b/d D, N, Q and R delays and service changes, due to a Con Ed loss of power at DeKalb Av. See https://t.co/vhZQ2kZ2vb

In addition to the N and Q trains running with delays, southbound D trains are running on the F between the West 4th and 2nd Avenue stations, and then ending at the 2nd Avenue station. R trains are running between Bay Ridge-95 St and 36 St in Brooklyn in both directions.
Customers on the trains when the power outage took place were, understandably, upset:
Usual chaos and ineptitude on @MTA with trains pulled from service and riders kicked off b/c of power outage @ConEdison. #Q train
