The NYPD is looking for three men they say robbed an armless teenager at a strip mall in Staten Island.

The incident allegedly occurred around 8:30 p.m. on November 20th outside a Stop & Shop on Forest Avenue in Port Richmond. The victim, an 18-year-old male, had his cell phone on his shoulder and placed it on a ledge outside the store. Two of the suspects allegedly approached him and asked him for cash, while a third grabbed the phone and fled.

Cops say the victim, whom the Post reports has no arms, tried to chase after the third suspect, but the other two held him back and went through his pockets. The News reports that suspects laughed at the victim throughout the ordeal.

The NYPD says they're searching for a female and two men. Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
