Last Saturday, the NYPD asked the public for help in identifying a man who allegedly tried to rape a woman in East Williamsburg on November 8th. Now investigators have re-issued their call for help.

According to the NYPD, a 27-year-old woman was walking on Graham Avenue near Scholes Street in East Williamsburg around 4:21 a.m. when a man approached her. He grabbed her from behind, threw her to the ground and struck her head against the ground. The suspect tried to rape her but a passer-by intervened. The victim was taken to Woodhull Hospital for treatment.

Here's video of the suspect, who is described as being in his early 30's, 5'8"-6' tall, approximately 170 pounds with short hair and clean shaven.
