Police are searching for a suspect who raped a woman in Brooklyn last week. The incident happened on Wednesday, August 8th around 3:30 a.m.—the 28-year-old victim was walking in the vicinity of Fulton Street and Hemlock Street in Cypress Hill when the suspect approached her and struck up a conversation. The victim then walked with the suspect to a secluded area of Hemlock Street where the suspect raped her.
The victim was brought to an area hospital where she was treated and released. The suspect is described as a male in his 20's, 5'10" tall, weighing 175 pounds.
