A driver who fled the scene after fatally striking a 38-year-old pedestrian in Marble Hill yesterday evening is still at large.

According to police, 38-year-old Daniel Cabrera, of Westchester, was walking across 225th Street near Broadway in upper Manhattan just before 7 p.m. when he was hit by the driver of a black Dodge Magnum heading south on Broadway. The driver—whose appearance was reportedly concealed behind tinted windows—sped off, and Cabrera was taken to NewYork Presbyterian-Columbia University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Police have not made any arrests, and the incident is under investigation.
