The NYPD is searching for a man who allegedly raped his ex-girlfriend in Brooklyn over the weekend.
According to the police, David Evanson, 25, entered his ex's apartment in Bensonhurst through a window at around 3 a.m. on Saturday, August 25.
The NYPD said, "The suspect entered the 21-year-old female's apartment through a window, choked the victim as she lay in bed, dragged her into the living room, sexually assaulted her, and fled in a sedan vehicle."
Police describe Evanston as 6'2" and 150 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
