Police arrested and charged the man accused of sexually abusing two little girls in a Queens public library in late June. Brooklyn resident Joel Grubert, 49, has been charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of approaching two little girls, ages six and nine, at the Queens Borough Public Library in Flushing around 6:20 p.m. on Saturday June 23rd and touching both of them inappropriately.
