Police Force East New York Man And Occupy Protesters Out Of Home

<p>Police enter the foyer of the house after being summoned by neighbors; they left after a few minutes, without incident, but later returned.<br/></p>

<p>Quincy Drayton spoke about expecting the Marshals to arrive at his home that afternoon to evict him.<br/></p>

<p>Representatives from the National Lawyer's Guild were on hand to assist and help determine the legality of Drayton's housing situation.<br/></p>

<p>Police were called a second time after Cesar Montrose came to the property and witnessed a group of OWS members and Quincy back in the home. Officer Martinez of the NYPD shoved one protestor in the doorway of the home. Another can be seen in the background, his head bloodied by the impact of the door being kicked in by Martinez. That man was later arrested for trespassing.<br/></p>

<p>About 20 minutes passed between this man getting injured and then arrested for trespassing. <br/></p>
