50 North 5th's two-tiered courtyard features a waterfall of sorts. "You can reserve this space for barbecues or events," Maundrell says. "Weddings."<br/>

Birds, taxidermy, copies of Monocle and Modern Farmer, glass jars of rhubarb syrup, and gently frayed aprons adorn the apartments, as if the attractive, tasteful couple who lives here will be back any moment.<br/>

cl-oth Interiors LLC is responsible for the design. "They're extremely on-brand," Maundrell says. "Very Brooklyn."<br/>

The only place we weren't allowed to shoot was the penthouse—it wasn't finished yet. The four penthouses are around 1,000 square feet and have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, as well as nearly 2,000 square feet of private outdoor space. One has been leased already.<br/>
