It's no "cute cop holding an eensie weensie kitten" photo but we'll take it: The 106th Precinct tweeted an amusing photograph of an lieutenant atop a tiny mini bike this holiday weekend.

The precinct, which also shared other photos, explained, "We confiscated 2 off road motor bikes in #HowardBeach & issued 10 summonses 2 the owners. Our Lt was not summonsed!"

These look like mini bikes that start at around $229—which, alas, are illegal in NY State. The DMV lists mini bikes among the vehicles that "you cannot register or operate any of the motorized devices from the list below on any street, highway, parking lot, sidewalk or other area in New York State that allows public motor vehicle traffic. You may be arrested if you do."
