Today's winter storm is just a prelude to another snow storm expected on Sunday, which itself is no doubt just a prelude to an endless series of snow preludes forever and ever until the relentlessly expanding slush puddles finally drown us all in their brackish embrace. In short, you better have some waterproof boots in your possession because it's the only way to prolong the inevitable.
Governor Cuomo is sending salt reserves to NYC because God knows we'll need it as we traverse the disgusting streets (since the subways aren't cooperating). Luckily, there's a soundtrack:
