Last we checked in with the ongoing work on the East Side Access project, which will connect commuter trains from Long Island Rail Road to Grand Central, the long-delayed endeavor was being delayed even longer, likely until the next decade. But at least the MTA is trying to put a sunny face on the whole endeavor—as Gwyneth Paltrow's husband once predicted, everything is all yellow in the tunnels under Manhattan's East Side.

Or maybe they've been watching a lot of True Detective and have been driven mad by The King in Yellow.
