In a world with 9/11-themed Corvettes, we're surprised it took so long for someone to make a commemorative 9/11 motorcycle. And of course it was made by Paul Teutul Jr. from American Chopper. Mayor Mike certainly seems to dig it. Well, at least sitting on it. WITHOUT A HELMET. But hey! It looks like the still-unfinished Santiago Calatrava WTC Transit Hub!

The $50,000 chopper was built on commission for Daniel R. Tishman and (for better or worse) it will not be a one-of-a-kind deal. Teutul is making a second one for a raffle to raise money for the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. It costs $50 to enter and a winner will be announced on January 20, 2012.
