Well, that is one way to get out of a building! The FDNY just Tweeted possibly the most dramatic photo you'll see all day. And you know what makes it even more dramatic? There is a man inside that dangling truck!

According to the FDNY, what you are looking at is a Department of Sanitation salt spreading truck whose driver misjudged its exit from a Department of Sanitation garage in Queens. The truck made its exit just after 9 a.m. and was quickly met by 106 FDNY members and 25 units. The driver, a 56-year-old man, was pulled from the truck and sustained some neck and back injuries. He has been taken to Elmhurst Hospital where he is said to be in critical but not life threatening condition.

"I heard a loud bang and turned and I saw this truck sticking out of the side of the building," said Frank Almona, who owns a nearby repair shop, told the Post. "The driver was screaming like crazy, he was saying, 'Help, help, help.' He was hanging on. He looked like he was in shock. I couldn't believe what I was looking at." You can see more photos at WABC 7.

The Department of Sanitation says the driver was a mechanic doing routine off-season maintenance. As of right now, nobody quite seems to know how the truck found itself half-way out the third story window—but we can't wait to find out!

Update: And in case you can't get enough of that truck (which has since been safely removed from the building), here's some raw, silent, video of it just hanging there for all the world to see:
