On Wednesday, a man was found dead in Queens' Forest Park. Now the police have identified a person they'd like to speak to.

Around 3:30 p.m. on June 10th, some parkgoers noticed a man facedown on the ground near Park Lane South and Woodhaven Boulevard and called the police. Diego Piedrahita, 23, was unconscious and unresponsive with trauma to his head, and EMS declared him dead.

It appeared that he had been beaten with a tree branch; the NY Times reports, "A trail of blood led to Mr. Piedrahita’s body, and the police also recovered a blood-covered tree branch near his body."

Now police are looking for Zoltan Forai, also known as Stephen Forai, who is 44 years old, about 5'7" and 170 pounds, with brown eyes, brown hair and a beard. Forai apparently frequents the Band shell Area in Forest Park and Victory Field area.

Piedrahita's aunt told the Daily News that no one in the family recognized Forai, "(Diego) didn't have many friends. We know that this person that hurt him is a violent person ... this person is unknown to us." The News adds, "Cops said Forai and Piedrahita knew each other but did not reveal the nature of their relationship."

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS. The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
