After a judge denied a preliminary injunction against the parade permit rules, the Radical Homosexual Agenda and Assemble for Rights NYC decided to challenge the recent parade-with-permit law by having a "Parade Without a Permit" rally Thursday evening.

Then they marched from City Hall park towards Vesey, where they got tangled with the police. Bike Blog has a report, and the Glass Bead Collective has a video that's pretty amazing. The demonstrators are in the middle of the street, and the police confront them in the street - the police seem to punch and tackle the demonstrators as words are exchanged. Take a look and let us know what you think.
