They include the Empire Stores in DUMBO (the state has asked for green designers to submit ideas for its revitalization), the RKO Keith's Theater in Queens (pictured--and now for sale) and the oldest apartment complex in Manhattan, the Windermere. Queens Crap had some other suggestions for other landmarks-turned-eyesores.
