The police have released a sketch of a man suspected in the attempted rape of a girl in the Jamaica section of Queens earlier this week.

According to the NYPD, at around 7:15 a.m. on Monday, September 16, a man approached a 10-year-old girl near 168th Street and Douglas Avenue, pushed her to the ground and tried to rape her. The suspect fled when a car drove past. Fortunately, the victim was not injured.
