The police are looking for a man suspected of stealing thousands from a Manhattan movie theater.
According to the NYPD, a man entered the Paris Theatre at 4 West 58th Street (the best "jewel-box cinema" in the city) just after midnight last Saturday, May 17th. He claimed to be an office cleaner and managed to take $6,239 from the safe before fleeing.
He's described as being in his 20s, about 5'9" and 125 pounds. He was last seen carrying a skateboard and wearing a large backpck. Anyone with information in regards to this burglary is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.
