The police are hoping the public can help them identify a person suspected of stealing an old lady's purse—while she was being pushed in a wheelchair!

According to the NYPD, the grand larceny occurred on Sunday, June 29th, at 1 p.m. A 98-year-old woman in a wheelchair was with her home attendant, walking along Ocean Parkway. When they got to Church Avenue, police say that a cyclist rode past them, grabbed the senior citizen's purse out of her lap and kept biking away. Here's video of the suspect:
