The police are hoping the public can help them identify a suspect who allegedly tried to film underneath a young woman's dress during the summer.
According to the NYPD, on August 14, 2014, at around 1:30 p.m., a 19-year-old woman was in front of 949 Third Avenue at East 57th Street when a male on a bicycle approached her. The police say he "place[d] a video camera underneath her dress while it was recording. The victim confronted the suspect and he fled the scene."
