The police are looking for a person who allegedly tried to sexually assault a 17-year-old last week in Greenwich Village.

According to the NYPD, the incident occurred at 4:20 p.m. on Friday, September 12, when the male suspect "did lure a 17-year-old male to the lower level of the Hilary Gardens Garage located at 741 Broadway. The suspect then attempted to sexually assault the victim."

The victim, who was not injured, ran away while the suspect fled. The police released video of the suspect fleeing:

The suspect is described as a male, approximately 20 years of age, 5'6" in height, 150lbs with a medium complexion.
