Police are hoping the public can help them find a man accused of forcible touching in Bay Ridge.

According to the NYPD, the incident occurred at 10:58 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, near 95th Street and 3rd Avenue. Police say the suspect grabbed a 35-year-old woman from behind, threw her onto a bench and then "placed his hand up her skirt and touched her over her underwear." The suspect then fled on foot.
