The police are looking for a man who is accused of threatening a woman on an E train on Friday—and he was allegedly armed.

The incident occurred during the morning commute, at 8:40 a.m., on a Manhattan-bound E train on October 14 in the vicinity of Broadway and Roosevelt Avenue. The NYPD says "an unidentified male sat next to" a 33-year-old woman "and threatened to slap her."

The woman moved to another part of the train, and police say, "The unidentified male approached, lifted his shirt to expose the handle of a firearm. The victim exited the train, while the male remained on the train." The victim was not injured.

The authorities released an image of the suspect, who is described as being in his 30s and about 6' tall and was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, black sneakers, green jacket, and black jeans.

He is wanted for criminal menacing.
