An internet cafe employee was assaulted last month by a man who refused to pay for his use of a computer at the establishment, according to police who are now searching for him.

The NYPD says the man pictured on the right made use of the internet services at Time Internet Café in Flushing, Queens on June 22nd. However, when a 19-year-old employee pressed him to pay for the privilege, the man allegedly knocked the employee down and choked him, before fleeing to parts unknown.

The internet cafe employee was treated at the scene for cuts and bruises to his face and neck. The suspect is described as being in his 20s, and was last seen wearing a blue button down shirt and blue jeans.

In May, a grand jury declined to indict a man who had been accused of stabbing a teenager who reportedly attacked him at a different Flushing internet cafe, after the man refused to give his seat up to the teenager.
