The police are looking for a burglary suspect who struck last week in Flushing.
The incident took place on July 9th, around 11:40 p.m., at a building on 38th Avenue near Union Street (right around the corner from the 109th Precinct). According to the NYPD, a man "forced open the front door of the location. Once inside the vestibule, the male grabbed a 50-year-old female’s shoe from the rack, performed a lewd act, smelled inside the shoe and fled the location."
The suspect is described as being about 30-40 years old and was last seen wearing a baseball cap and multi-colored clothing.
Anyone with information in regard to the identity of this male is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
