NYPD Looking For Man Who Shot 22-Year-Old In Leg In Crown Heights

Police officers are hunting for a suspect they say shot a 22-year-old man in the leg in Crown Heights yesterday afternoon.

According to authorities, cops found the 22-year-old victim in front of 711 Franklin Avenue near Prospect Place at around 3:25 p.m. yesterday, having suffered two gunshot wounds to his leg. He was transported to Kings County Hospital and listed in stable condition.

Video surveillance from yesterday afternoon shows the suspect chasing after the victim with a pistol in his hand. He was last seen heading eastbound on Prospect Place. You can watch the video below:

Police say the suspect is about 6'0", weighing approximately 150 lbs, with a thin build and short black hair. He was last seen wearing blue pants, a white shirt with blue horizontal stripes and white sneakers.
