The police say this Buckeyes fan stole an iPhone from a drowsy subway rider yesterday.
According to the NYPD, the robbery occurred at 4:50 a.m. on a northbound D train—apparently a 31-year-old man was sleeping when the suspect removed an iPhone 5 from his pocket: "The victim woke and confronted the suspect to demand his phone back. The suspect threatened to cut the victim and fled the train as it arrived at the Grand Street station."
Police describe the suspect as 5'10" with a mustache, last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with a Ohio State Buckeyes logo on the front and blue jeans.
