Police want help identifying two suspects wanted for grand larceny after picking a woman's pocket on a subway during the summer.

According to the NYPD, the incident occurred on July 30, 2015 at about 7:35 p.m., on a D train near Grand Concourse and East Tremont Avenue: When they boarded the train , the "suspects approached a 49-year old female victim. Suspect #1 removed the victim's cellphone and credit cards from her rear pocket and fled with suspect #2 in an unknown direction."

The victim was not injured.

Police released images of the suspects, describing both as about 17-18 years old, 5'6"-5'7" and 150 pounds. Suspect #1 was last seen wearing a black sleeveless tank top, and shorts with white sneakers and black shoelaces, while Suspect #2 was last seen wearing a black sleeveless tank top, black shorts, black sneakers, white socks and a chain with a cross around his neck.
