Police are hoping the public can help them find a man accused of public lewdness—a search which may be somewhat facilitated by the distinctive writing on his face.

According to the NYPD, the incident occurred on Sunday, December 27th on the northbound 2 train. Investigators say the man "had his hands down his pants and appeared to be manipulating his penis for more than 30 minutes while looking at a 29-year-old female victim" as the train headed north from the President Street train station around 4 p.m.

The NYPD released a photograph of the suspect taken by the victim; the picture (click for larger image) shows the words "TEAM USA" on his right forehead and another design on his right cheek.
