Even though "fire water" sounds—and is— crazy, it's important to use Hollywood stars to remind people that fracking is serious stuff. NY State Senator Joseph Addabbo's office sent along this photograph of actor and anti-fracking advocate Mark Ruffalo chatting with him and State Senator Tony Avella.

The press release says that they shared a moment to "discuss the issue of hydrofracking, the controversial process of drilling for natural gas upstate using water and chemicals. All three have voiced their opposition to the process. Ruffalo currently plays the role of the Hulk in the megahit summer blockbuster movie, The Avengers." In other words, Albany, if you're listening, "HULK SCARED FRACKING MAKE NEW YORK STINK LIKE NEWARK."
