A woman was riding the D train to work recently when she was unwillingly exposed to the sight of the above man waggling his penis at her. She posted the photo (full image below) on Facebook along with this account:
People are so fucking dirty I hate NYC so I am on my way to work and a man gets on the train I paying him no mind until I feel him staring at me a little too hard so I turn and look and this dirty ass mother fucker is looking at me doing. This yes that his penis in his hand so not only did I curse out but I woke up the whole train doing it then not only did he harrass me he harassed another young lady on the train and another guy saw it and didn't say nothing as a man shouldn't you speak up no matter the out come cause I did and the bastard got off the train
The woman elaborated in the subsequent comments that the creep got off the train at DeKalb, and that she told an MTA worker when she left the train, but he didn't do anything. (We reached out to the woman and we'll update this post if we're able to speak with her.)
The comments reveal a striking gender disparity in how the flashing is perceived, with some men laughing at the incident, while all women but one write to express concern. The responses below are marked by the gender of the responder, and the first reply in each case is the victim.

The incident comes amid new reports of seemingly quota-driven enforcement of subway infractions such as putting feet up on a subway seat at 2 am.
