Congratulations, comrades—we have made it to the final weekend of the L-Pocalypse, and even Smorgasburg has survived! Still, straphangers must suffer through the usual slew of weekend subway changes...which seem even more stressful in warm weather, perhaps because there's no worse place to be on a lovely day than trapped in the bowels of an underground subway station. Here's what's on tap this weekend:

Manhattan-bound 2 trains will make express stops between Franklin Avenue and Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center, starting at 11:45 p.m. on Friday and ending at 5 a.m. on Monday. 3 trains will also run express from Franklin Avenue to Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center on the Manhattan-bound track, with that change in effect from 6:30 a.m. to midnight on Saturday and Sunday.

4 trains will make express stops from Franklin Avenue to Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center on the Manhattan-bound track, starting at 11:45 p.m. Friday to 7:30 a.m. Sunday, and again from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday. On the Woodlawn-bound track, 4 trains will skip 138th Street-Grand Concourse, with that change in effect from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Saturday, from 11:45 p.m. Saturday to 8 a.m. Sunday, and from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday.

5 trains will not run in either direction between Eastchester-Dyre Avenue and East 180th Street, from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. 6 trains will make express stops between 3rd Avenue-138th Street and Hunts Point Avenue, starting at 11:45 p.m. Friday and ending at 5 a.m. on Monday.

Brooklyn-bound A trains will make express stops between 125th Street and Canal Street, with that change in effect from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 6:30 a.m. Sunday, and again from 11:45 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday. C trains will also run express from 125th Street to Canal Street on the Brooklyn-bound track, with that change in effect from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

D trains will reroute along the N line on the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue bound track, from 36th Street to the end of the line, starting at 11:45 p.m. Friday and ending at 5 a.m. Monday.

E trains will run express from 34th Street-Penn Station to Canal Street on the WTC-bound track from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. Monday. On the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer bound track, E trains will make express stops between Queens Plaza and Roosevelt Avenue from 12:15 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, and again from 12:15 a.m. to 5 a.m. on Monday. Starting at 12:30 a.m. Saturday and ending at 5 a.m. Monday, E trains will make local stops between Roosevelt Avenue to Forest Hills-71st Avenue on the Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer bound track, and between Forest Hills-71st Avenue and Queens Plaza on the WTC-bound track.

F trains make local stops between Roosevelt Avenue and Forest Hills-71st Avenue on the Jamaica-179th Street bound track, starting at 12:30 a.m. Saturday and ending at 5 a.m. Monday. During that period, Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue bound F trains make local stops between Forest Hills-71st Avenue and 21st Street-Queensbridge.

J trains make express stops between Broadway Junction and Myrtle Avenue on the Chambers Street-bound track, starting at 5:45 a.m. and ending at 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

For the LAST WEEKEND, L trains will not run between 8th Avenue and Lorimer Street in either direction. That starts at 11:30 p.m. and ends at 5 a.m.

M trains will extend service to the 57th Street F station, with that change in effect from 6:30 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Saturday and from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday.

Manhattan-bound Q trains make express stops between Kings Highway and Prospect Park from 5:45 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. R trains make express stops between Queens Plaza to Roosevelt Avenue on the Forest Hills-71st Avenue bound track, with that change in effect from 6:30 a.m. to midnight on Saturday and Sunday.

The Rockaway Park S shuttle will not run from 11:45 p.m. Friday to 5 a.m. on Monday.
