The three teens accused of beating a 47-year-old man to death in Summit, NJ will now face murder charges. Previously, Khayri Williams-Clark, 18, of Summit; Nigel Dumas, 19, of Morristown; and a 17-year-old Summit resident were charged with manslaughter for the assault of Abelino Mazeriego. The teen approached the restaurant workers while he was sitting on a bench and pummeled him; a video of the beating circulated amongst the town's teens. The Star-Ledger reports, "Williams-Clark posted bail of $100,000 Monday. Dumas is being held in the Union County Jail in lieu of $250,000. The 17-year-old remains in custody at the county juvenile detention center."
