A 21-year-old substitute teacher from New Jersey has been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old male middle school student, just weeks after she was arrested for allegedly assaulting a 16-year-old boy from a different school.

Authorities in Passaic County say Linda Hardan, 21, had sex with the 16-year-old Manchester Regional High School student on November 20th. She was arrested on November 21st, and posted $200,000 bail on December 2nd. On Friday, though, Hardan was arrested again after investigators accused her of sexually assaulting an eighth grader from a Haledon middle school.

Hardan has also been slapped with sexting charges, after authorities accused her of sending explicit photos to a different 16-year-old student. She was charged with sexual assault of a minor and child endangerment charges stemming from her first arrest; this new arrest has afforded her aggravated assault, sexual assault and child endangerment charges.

Her attorney told The Record that Hardan would be pleading not guilty. "These allegations seem to be coming from teen-age boys, and we will be reviewing the evidence to get to the truth of the matter," he said.

Hardan is being held on $300,000 bail, and is expected to be arraigned today.
