A slashing incident at a subway station in Queens has sent four people to the hospital. The incident occurred around 8:45 this morning at the Sutphin Boulevard/Archer Avenue station in Jamaica.

According to the FDNY four people were taken to Jamaica hospital after the attack, but fire authorities could not confirm the number of people stabbed. Still, none of the injuries appear to be fatal, although one person did suffer deep lacerations to the arm. According to the NYPD a woman in her 20s was taken into custody after the attack, but police had no further information on the incident at the moment.
