Despite having accumulated seventeen violations on his license in his 23 years, motorist David Velasquez managed to get behind the wheel, and was promptly arrested. He was caught speeding twice the legal limit near the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge on Wednesday morning, and police smelled alcohol on his breath when he was stopped. Velasquez was unable to produce a drivers license, and attempted to give police a fake name before they finally determined who he was. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and false impersonation. It's unclear if he still has his license.
