wxch_temps100808.jpgDid you see that Tropical Storm Marco hit Mexico near the city of Veracruz yesterday? Neither did we, but then again it was a compact and short-lived tropical storm. On the other side of Mexico, the Baja Peninsula will have to contend with Hurricane Norbert this weekend.

Lots of high clouds and slightly warmer today than yesterday. The high should reach the upper 60s. A weak warm front tonight followed by a weak cold front tomorrow may bring some scattered showers from about midnight tonight through noonish tomorrow. It doesn't look like the rain will amount to much. The change of air masses will bring higher temperatures. Tomorrow should reach the mild low 70s and Friday's high may reach 75 degrees.

The warmth is expected to continue through the Columbus Day weekend. Highs should hover around 70 degrees for a few days. While tomorrow will be mostly cloudy, clear skies should predominate through Monday as a high pressure system settles over the region.
