It's Saturday. There's no Pope funeral to cover. There's no royal wedding abroad to mock. So, this weekend, the NY Post tells the story (on the cover, no less) of a midget mother and daughter being harassed by a neighbor. Even though Debra Shea had lived by her neighbor Joseph Izzo on friendly terms for thirty years, for some reason, Izzo "bugged out" and started to bother the 3' 8" Shea and her 3' 6" daugther, Concelean Pegues. Izzo reportedly would chant "Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work we go" and had spray painted a yellow line outside Shea's home, saying they should "follow the yellow brick road." And Izzo used a number of racial slurs against the half-black Pegues, which was probably why Izzo was eventually charged with aggravated harassment as a hate crime.
