Though he has retired from politics and will presumably be focusing on his new album (which still has a near-perfect rating on iTunes), he had a few words for new Governor-elect Andrew Cuomo, which the Daily News calls "advice" but sounds more like McMillan is thumbing his nose at Cuomo one last time. "Without any money to run for office, paid staff members, political support or resources of any kind," McMillan wrote to Cuomo.
