A woman waiting for a 6 train on Monday was shoved onto the tracks on Monday morning, and police are still searching for the man who did it.

According to the NYPD, at 9 a.m. on June 1st, a 28-year-old woman was waiting for a downtown 6 train at the Bleecker Street station. She was approached by a male who police say was "acting erratically." The man allegedly said to her, "What are you looking at?" and then ran to a garbage can where he took out an empty plastic bottle, thew it at the woman and finally pushed her into the tracks.

The victim was taken to Bellevue Hospital for treatment and was released.
