A man and a woman were found dead on a sidewalk in Flushing yesterday, in what cops are calling a suspected murder-suicide.

According to the NYPD, cops responded to a 911 call of shots being fired outside Shi Li Xiang Restaurant at 133-58 41st Avenue in Flushing at around 5:30 p.m. yesterday. Upon arrival, cops say they found a man and a woman with gunshot wounds to their heads, lying on the sidewalk—they were both pronounced dead at the scene.

The NYPD has identified the victims as Ya Ling Meng, 46, and Xie Bin, 51. Investigators say that Bin, a Flushing resident, had been arguing with Meng, his girlfriend, outside the restaurant when he pulled a gun on her, shooting her in the head and killing her. Investigators believe he then fatally shot himself in the head.

The investigation is ongoing.
