Hey, remember how this upstate New York guy claimed that Mark Zuckerberg signed over 84% of Facebook to him in 2003? Paul Ceglia has been producing things like a check he made out to Zuckerberg and a contract stating he was owed a share of the social networking site. But now Ceglia has been arrested for fraud!

According to the AP, "Authorities said Ceglia doctored, fabricated and destroyed evidence to support the claims in a lawsuit he filed in Buffalo federal court in 2010... Investigators said in a release that Ceglia had replaced the first page of the real contract he signed with Zuckerberg with another page that was 'doctored to make it appear as though Zuckerberg had agreed to provide Ceglia with an interest in Facebook.'"

Ceglia had enlisted Zuckerberg, then a Harvard student, to work on a project called Streetfax. Facebook lawyers had insisted that the agreement only applied to Streetfax. Ceglia is due to appear in court today.
