The NYPD says this man wearing a patriotic Phillies cap is wanted for unlawful surveillance, for allegedly taking upskirt photos of a subway rider in Manhattan over the weekend.
The incident occurred on a 7 train approaching Grand Central Terminal at 11:40 p.m. on Saturday, August 7th, when, according to the NYPD, the man was caught holding his cell phone under the shorts of a 27-year-old woman and taking photos.
The suspect is described as being approximately 5'9 and 175 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a white baseball hat (which looks like this), black sneakers, green t-shirt, and blue jeans.
